Brooker Engineering, PLLC has designed numerous subdivisions, residential and commercial site plans, road layouts, water supply, treatment and distribution systems, new and rehabilitated sanitary collection and treatment facilities, and a myriad of other commercial, residential, and public projects. The company offers the full spectrum of land development engineering services from project analysis and concept planning for residential and commercial site plans, road layout, water supply, treatment and distribution systems, as well as rehabilitation of both private and public facilities. We also assist in obtaining permits and approvals as well as construction oversight and inspections.

This includes obtaining permits from the ACOE, NYSDEC, NJDEP, CTDEP, and many other local, county, and state agencies. We are knowledgeable in the recently adopted EPA Phase II Storm Water regulations and requirements and are proficient in the design and construction inspections of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Best Management Practices (BMPs).
