Structural Engineering

Our Structural Engineering Division has extensive professional experience and offers a full spectrum of structural engineering services from project analysis through the preparation of construction drawings and specifications. We provide structural engineering services for residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal structures, including mid-rise and high-rise buildings.

Our design expertise encompasses all conventionally adopted material using standard as well as advanced techniques. The design process is fully supported by computer structural analysis design aids, including finite element model and space frame model structural analysis.

Design services include new construction, structural alterations and additions, structural retrofits and upgrades, historic restorations, retaining structures, shoring, sheeting, braced excavations and underpinning (support of excavation). Services beyond the design processes include feasibility studies, forensic investigations, sub-grade investigations, structural condition assessments, and structural safety inspections, evaluation of alternative systems, constructability reviews, cost estimates, special inspections, construction specifications, seismic analysis, builder’s pavement plans, and demolition plan.

We provide extensive construction support, including inspections and coordination of our design work from the planning stage until the conclusion of the project.
